Warsaw Royal Castle
The magnificient Zamek Krolewski (Royal Castle) was the traditional seat of Polish
kings in the 17-18th centuries. It was completely rebuilt in the 1970s after
being destroyed like much of Warsaw at the end of the 2nd World War. The statue
of one of those kings, King Zygmunt Waza stands in the foreground.
