Leeds Civic Hall

  Home to Leeds City Council.  A beutiful building topped with two towers which each has a golden owl purched at the pinicle.  These are visible for miles around.  Look out for them if you travel to Leeds by Train.  They're readily visible on the skyline when approaching from the west
